Not much is known on the insulator. hemingray introduced the cd 133.4 style in 1876 or so so i asume your insulator is made around then but the maker of the insulator is unknown. The book value on it is 75-100, it's one of the rareish ones. When I pulled it out of the muck and wiped it off I had a feeling it was better than average and I know I had never seen one like it. Let's give it a bit of time it hasn't even aclimated to being above ground.
