I have seen local soda bottles go out of site at live auctions with local people. My Son-In-Law & daughter do auctions and at one of their auctions I saw a local soda go for $850. Just took two older ladies who remembered the family who had that bottling company. I have gotten in on that myself selling a local spring works bottle that I dug...not in good shape... for $200 at auction.
