I miss the nice woman up there, at the family fish place.  "He-ah ya go deah," she'd say, and I'd leave feeling better, living in a land far from home.  They talk about Southern hospitality, but New England's is underrated.

i couldnt find that one in tim samples book how to talk yankee, must be a new one , cause i`ve never heard it either.

chahdge. noun., spelling ("charge") ., a quanity.
"you aint hungry?"
"no, i et an aweful chahdge for breakfast."

We have one here in Georgia that Duanne Allman came up with..eat a peach for peace...thus the Allman Bro. album"EAT A PEACH". Also crazy as a "BETSEY BUG"...still don't know what kinda bug that is.Gonna "STOMP A MUD HOLE IN YOUR BUTT" that always sounded painful...
