Can anyone please tell me if these are worth going through the bother of listing and selling somewhere? I obtained them from grandfather's attic in 1969, and kept them in dry storage since then. Thanks! Kim ========================== Full mint set/12 (empty) clear glass bottles with glass stoppers. ORIGINAL PACKAGING Thin cardboard box measuring 7-3/4" w x 5-3/4" d x 4-1/4" h. Box is deteriorating, and is stamped on top with "Sterile Distilled Water". 9 of the 12 bottles still have original tissue between stopper and bottle neck. Box has white label (partly torn off) on end of box reading: 12 only WHEATON 60 ml 2330 Squat Dropping Bottles With Grooved Glass __(Rod ?)__ Stoppers T.C. Wheaton Company, Millville, N.J., U.S.A. BOTTLE DETAIL All bottles in pristine condition - no chips, cracks, or scratches. Originally for "Sterile Distilled Water" (words painted on bottles in black). Each bottle is approx. 4" high w/ stoppers, and has 2 ounce (60 ml) capacity. SIDE SEAMS These bottles have the seam all the way from bottom through the top of the lip, indicating ABM. BOTTLE NECK Neck has "air grooves" on 2 sides. Also frosted glass from top of neck to about 1/2 way to shoulder. BASE Smooth base with embossing that reads: "T.C.W. - CO." "3" "U.S.A." STOPPERS Every stopper is attached to a bottle by original cotton string. Stoppers are grooved, and the interior portion is frosted glass. Outer top of stopper is kind of pointed on one side to indicate pouring opening.
