2 inch tall Brown Bottle--what is it? - 10/15/2003 2:41:54 AM    tronamom   Posts: 2 Joined: 10/15/2003 Status: offline Hi, I am very new here. I found this bottle on top of a sanddune. I am wondering what it was used for, age, and if it is worth keeping? I would appreciate any help you have to offer. description: Brown Glass Bottle 2inches and 3 millimeters tall 9 millimeters thick 1 and 1/2 inch wide Seam runs up one side and down the other No twist top form back side is rippled same as top above the flat front of bottle numbers/symbols on bottom of bottle 4 <O> 5 stamped OVER the number 4 on other side of bottle (Dot is BESIDE the 10) 10. I was always told it was a paper label poison bottle, some kind of medicine maybe. Maybe this will help some. I'm new to this site also. (in reply to tronamom) Post #: 2
