There were plans in the works for one, I think I'll get the ball rolling. I don't really have the power to organize the whole thing, but I'm just putting some ideas out there. I say we vote on pics each month, after each month narrowing it down to a few choices. If a few pics are neck and neck, we narrow it down to the top two or three and vote with a poll. Another important thing is: I think we should choose pics based on their merit. If a member submits multiple awesome pictures and wins two months, then both pics should go in. So, who wants to do it? Here's my submishuns for January. It was foggy and snowy a few days ago, so I thought this would make an appropriate pic. Unfortunately there wasn't much sun by the time I got out there, but they still came out OK. _____________________________ Looking for bottles from Glen Ridge, Montclair, Bloomfield, Orange, East Orange, West Orange, South Orange, and if I like 'em, any other bottles from Essex County NJ! Status: offline I like the idea of pre-planning a calendar for next year.  We may need to rethink a monthly contest though.  One contest was a strain on Mike and 12 would be too much.  Plus - we would be locked in to accept a picture we may not want in the end. For instance - everybody on vacation in July so only one blurry picture gets submitted and wins by default.  Do we include it then or just cancel the monthly contest now, and at the end of the year select the best 12 submitted during the year?
