5 misc. bottles - 4/29/2003 10:00:56 PM    Guest I' m new, so I don' t know trash from treasure yet. Please help me with these few finds I have. (1) " Watkins" - almost gets a lilac color in real light, faint diamond on bottom w/ no numbers, has bubbles. (2)Flat on one side, round on other, has big circle on bottom/no numbers,also less lilac color w/ more bubbles. (3) brown bottle, has 14<O>8 and what looks like a 9 at bottom. (4) colbalt blue bottle, has P&W, 6, H-14 on bottom. (5) Listerine Bottle, has 7<O>5 w/ maybe 8 at the bottom. I probably have trash, but would like to know. RE: 5 misc. bottles - 4/29/2003 10:11:47 PM    Guest these bottles are fairly common.all of them look to be from around 1900.they are a good start for a collection.they are all medical bottles of one sort or another .the good thing about begining a collection is everything you find is a keeper.i like to put the colored ones in the windows. happy hunting (in reply to Guest)   Post #: 2
