If I can put it on my shelf and still enjoy it then its not a heart breaker. That thing is still a thing of beauty. I'd display that in the center of my best stuff. Congrats on unearthing such a beautiful flask. Gives me hope that there's still much more to be discovered yet. Swiz

Had to take a look at Rick's whole one from that prior post. Looks like the same bottle in the same color??? Unreal. Sorry you didnt get a whole one on your dig, hope you get one, or something just as good. You sure put in the work. I dug a dump today, after lots of diving the past months. Reminded me of how much work digging is.

If I have to sell my whole dug collection some day, to pay for kids college or something, I'll have my "killer shard" collection to still display, as they are worth more to me than they would be to anyone else. Thats the cool thing about shards, and that is about the best shard you could get. The holy grail of shards !

Good luck, thanks for the photo

Whoah.

Even with the damage I bet you could get a very very pretty penny for it. Nice dig, please post the other bottles!

very nice looking piece of glass you found there. I would drop dead if I saw that coming out of my hole.

If not from surprise, you would probably drop dead anyway if that thing came out of your hole...
