What type of toilet bowl cleaner should one use when cleaning the inside?  Does it have a certain ingredient I should look for?  I've also heard of using baby oil.  What exactly does that do?  I assume it doesn't clean it, just makes the bottle appear shinier until it wears off.

what the baby oil does is hide some or all of the irridescense and stains i use a hand lotion for mine it makes them appear wet at all times
