John Annear with shield that I believe is pretty rare, and a John Stout with a nice amber swirl

How much is that John Stout bottle worth?   I just saw one for the first time on Saturday in a shop near here. They had $ 67.00 on it., but I noticed a small spider crack in the front, so I didn't buy it.    It's a cool bottle.  And the Cider is fantastic!

The John Stout bottles come in different sizes - I would say that $67 is not a bad price for one with no condition issues.  I wouldn't pay that for one with a crack.  They are fairly scarce - I have two different sizes now, both purchased at different times from the same dealer.

Thanks Annie...I really liked the shape but the crack was an issue.

Nice bottles.

How well was the show attended?  I almost made the 4+hour drive down.

I think attendance was down this year, probably because everyone is holding out for the York show in a couple of weeks.    Still, I enjoyed the show and was pleased with my purchases.
