My brother Craig and I finished up a good hole yesterday and we are into a deep one today. Yesterdays dig netted me the same two bottles the guy stole a few holes ago, ironically enough, and a few other goodies. The best find was an amber Lightning style soda embossed FORDS POP \ EASTLIVERPOOL, O...Its an extremely rare one too. I wonder how many early bottles were embossed POP?
todays hole is a 5X6X14 feet woodliner. Nothing great yet but good potential. I will try to post some photos tonight if I can. We are still digging. Craig is in the hole right now.

I would post a pic of that marble on the marble connection (marble collectors forum) I think it may be a "superman" in which case it would be worth more than all the bottles put together.....I hope you get lucky. Very nice hole .....

I kinda thought it might be a Peltier Superman but Im not positive. Our dad is a dyed in the wool marble collector so Im sure he will know what it is. He is the lucky one. He does no diggng and gets most of the marbles.

Thanks man, it's all in the dues.  I dug 6 pits on that lot, and got 5 bottles.  One was The Steuben Brewing Co. crown, common?
