In my opinion Atlas jars do not get enough credit.Maybe they are very common in other places, but they don't seem to pop up very often round here.Specially the greens and blues(not aqua).Today is my last day on my break,so I was "playing" with some of the jars in the collection and I was surprised at how much attention I was paying to the ATLAS group. So I decided to post a pic of them(after I cleaned all the dust off of them). Here is the first group; The  E-Z's

I'm not a real research kinda guy but I do read a little.Atlas like Ball I guess took over some glass houses and reworked molds. The first two I think are reworked, but I could be wrong

Ajohn I wholeheartedly agree that there are some really hard to find Atlas jars and the color variations can be as impressive as the Ball jars. Here are pictures of my atlas collection and it should be noted there are no duplicates of red book numbers other than variations within a catagory. The ones I've found hardest to find is the atlas special and its variations!! That being said most of the common atlas ez seal or strong shoulder are found in such huge numbers that it boggles the mind and is so its easy to overlook a real gem!!
Check em all out before writing em off.
By the way those are some great jars there!!!!

Very nice collection coreya....love those jars....

Atlas has turned out some great jars....and the cornflower blue jars they produced...can (in my opinion)
be some of the most beautiful...there is also Lightning jars and of course Hemingray (spelling)...

I was luckey enough to see a cornflower blue Atlas quart (cant remember the #'s) it was so dark you would swear it was cobalt...beautiful jar....

Nice line up ajohn.......

Dave
