Found this little stunner at a shop for $4.00...I ran to the counter and bought it. Applied top, top leans and looks about circa 1880-1890 BIM with cut glass. Any thoughts on this one? It has a round space in the front, for a label i would say. Bottom is blank. But my gawd...I flipped when I found this. Value? Maker? help!
