While searching through my grandmother's basement I stumbled upon an old liquor collection left over from my grandfather who passed away in 1966. Being a Scotch Whisky lover when I noticed a vintage bottle I took it. Unfortunately I don't have a digital camera and this forum does not support gif, which is the format of the only picture I have found online, so here is the link to a picture: http://www.home.zonnet.nl/whiskycollector/1015.JPG The label reads: Product of Scotland/ Blended Scotch Whisky/ Blended and bottled by James Buchanen/ Scotch Whisky Distillers, Glasgow, Scotland. In the research I have done, I have found out that Black and White was a sister company of Dewar's and is no longer in production. The bottle is full, and retains all original sealing. I understand that this forum is simply for bottles, but mine is full. I have been looking everywhere to find out the history behind this bottle and if it is in fact rare, antique, or even worth any money. Having never met my grandfather this would be a great keepsake for me. Thank you for any information you can provide.
