A blue medicine - druggist embossed: KELLOGG AND (slanted) CO. / FAMILY CHEMISTS / 1031 & 1033 SIXTH AVE. NEW YORK. It's 4 1/8" tall and 1 5/8" wide. Anyone seen or heard of this one?
