Too many divers must have got hit by boats....I presume. Only takes one accident to ruin it for others.

Odd and interesting misplaced sign...we get a lot of these signs in Hawaii..."KAPA" meaning whatever is on your mind it is not allowed...that's including NO BOTTLE DIGGING!...Aloha Earl
