Hi! Welcome to the Bottle Forum! Bromo Seltzer is a very common bottle. It was (and still is) a medicine for a bad stomach, although when it was first established in the late 1880s, the makers promised it would cure much more. Captain Isaac E. Emerson was a druggist in Baltimore at that time. The medicine contained potassium bromide, caffeine, and acetanilid (the last ingredient can be very dangerous if too much is taken). Your bottle is from the era 1920-1960. The three "lips" are to lock the on the twist-on cap. My wife has cobalt bottles in most of the windows of our house - it's her favorite color - and Bromo Seltzer bottles account for a good number of them.
