Hello everyone -
Here's a display stand that a friend made for me to show off a good torpedo, ginger ale or ballast bottle. I put the only one that I had in it, that fits well. It's made of some sort of walnut (carver/maker knows) and needs an oil applied yet. I told him that he needs to make more and that I'd sell them for him. Thanks for looking.

very nice item. i'm sure he could sell quite a few of those if he can produce them at a somewhat reasonable cost. couple coats of varnish will add a nice luster. thanx for sharing!!

Lobey - Yes, it was once a 4x4 and apparently he ruined some tools making this one.

The pic really doesn't show any of the detail. I'm pushin' him to make more.
