Kan:

What color is the Case Gin?  Olive or Amber

I have seen that mark and a couple other variants on Cases before.  I believe they are of Dutch origin although some cases were blown in places such as CT but those were open pontil.

Regarding age:  Blown (BIM) prob. 1890 - TOC (Turn of Century)

There are differing opinons about the dots on the base.  Some think they were vent holes while others think it involved the strength of the gin.

Either or, one of my favorite bottles.  I would be interested if you are parting with it.  Hope this helps

Looks to be graphite pontils. The larger one is the pick of the litter. Nice haul!

Nice finds! I have read in several book that bottles with stars on the bottom are western bottles. I have seen 3 different star patterns on western bottles and the star on yours is one of them.

Congratulations on some great purchases!  The iron pontiled demijohns are very nice, and definitely worth what you paid.
