Hi, I have a mystery bottle I hope you can help me identify. This sat atop my mother’s kitchen soffit since about 1960. It is clear glass base with brown plastic top bar/piece and the only markings are on the bottom: " Commemorative Bottling of the United States Bicentennial" . Just below that is 1776 - 1976. Towards the center of the base are the #' s 101, then a circle with a line in it that looks like a possible trademark (too vague to really see good), & then on the right of that are the #' s 76. dimensions are 8-1/4" high x 6" across the base. Too big for an Avon bottle & I think if it was a liquor bottle, the companies name would be on it. I live in a town that use to design/produce the fancy bottles for Jim Beam, & at one time I know my folks (that' s where this is from) use to have some of them. Anyway, do you have a clue what it might be? Do you have any ideas how I could research this without costing an arm & a leg in the process? Hope you can help
