Clevenger Albany Glass flask Lip question. - 8/7/2010 6:22:05 PM    cubby01   Posts: 12 Joined: 8/4/2010 Status: offline This is (I'm fairly sure) a Clevenger 'Washington-Albany Glass works/Sailing Ship' flask. The base has a circular depression in the center. The top is ground flat. My question is this top finish intentional from the factory? Was there supposed to be an applied/tooled lip? Did someone cut the top off and finish it flat? It just looks odd. And of course I'd like to know if it's worth anything LOL. Thanks, -Buck Post #: 1
