pretty cool for a modern bottle. If it had a ground glass stopper I would have to get one.

I shelled out $53.00 at Bev-Mo here in California. These are produced by Bruni Glass,Milano,Italy.Very nice quality. The Collar is a short square. The neck is ten sided.Finding a stopper might not be that hard.Drink this vodka ice cold,it's pretty smooth.I don't know how long this will be produced, but as far as a modern figural bottle, this puppy is top notch.

FYI

I checked with the manufacturer via email and the Crystal Head Vodka bottle is only available currently in 17 states. I won't write them all out but is anyone wants to know I can check the list for you.
I'd get one in a minute if it was sold here in SC it's awesome
regards,
Marjorie

Here's one that's up now. It's pretty cheep right now, and free shipping.

If you get that though, you'll need this. A bit overpriced, but really cool.

Hate to dig up old threads, but sense most of you dig up old things for a hobby, I guess it would be appropriate
I first discovered this product in a bar in Green Bay (K2) back in March just before we moved to Ga. The owner was invited to the Kick-Off party in Milwaukee that month with Dan and others.
It reminded me of a KU-10.  In fact, I thought they copied the pricey piece of antiquity, until I watched the video on their website.  I havent had a chance to try it yet, even though it's is showing up in bars everywhere.  But, why I am writing this is, did you know they make shot glasses to match?  I first saw one in a bar down in Tybee Beach.  I thought "now I really gotta get this".  They pop up on eBay now and then.  I cant find gift boxes that sell them so I dont know how the sellers are getting them.  They may be only available to bar owners that sell their product.  But the liquor stores, even the big ones, dont have any of them.  Here is a link to some on ebay.

Cheers!

We just got it in our local ABC store.  Now I have to figure out the excuse when my wife asks me why I spent $53 on a fifth of vodka.

Federal Law does prohibit sale or reuse of the bottle. What are the bars doing with the empties?  Throwing them out and ending up in giant landfills? Getting recycled? Hmmmm... sounds like there may be a cheaper way to get one of those bottles - especially if you don't drink vodka.

My guess on the shot glasses is that they have been "procurred" from the bars that are using them.

Kate

But not every bartender knows that.  I've been given a few empty bottles before at our local Japanese steak house.  Just ask.
