First time I have seen this bottle offered on the bay.  Should be fun to watch.

Damn!  That bottle books close to $4K I believe.  A good one indeed.

Hey ncbred.  I think you are referring to the NDNR Mountain Dew Party Jug.  It books way on up there.  The one on ebay is similar, but not not the same.  It is called the "laughing pig bottle".  Here's a pic of the party jug I pulled off the interenet for comparison.

Party jug is what I mentioned as my "holy grail" of bottles.

One of the others is currently here:

Actually one of those 30oz amber OC bottles just sold on Ebay for $400. I bid on it, but my sanity hasn't taken that much of a hit yet.

Aw crap, I meant to menion it wasn't the one in the middle.  As nicely as she is smiling for the photo, I have to admit it's the two dudes on each side of her that attracted my attention.

I have them on my watch list to see what they end for.  Two of them, can you imagine that - two!

I have wondered since he emailed me they were there, go look see, why on earth he put that OC bottle with them.....   Weren't they nice enough by themselves?

K

Did you see the question asked the seller about the Orange Crush.  Is he for real??  Must not look at as many acls as I do.  I may be niave, but it looks pretty real to me.

TD, this seller (Jimmy somebody from Jackson, Miss.) has been selling off his personal collection (mostly Miss. bottles) over the past 3-4 years.   I've bought stuff from him off and on during that time and haven't found anything to be fake or not what he said it was.  He's sold some pretty good stuff with no reserve, took whatever he got for it and mailed it out as quickly as he got payment (I've had some that set no reserve and if the item didn't bring what they wanted it to, simply didn't send it).

I guess it would never had occurred to me that he'd go thru the trouble to describe the bottle so well, include pics of it from every angle, include it in an auction with two of the rarest Coke-related bottles - and it be a fake.  That's not counting he's a power seller with over 1700 positive feedbacks,  Come on!   The guy who asked the question was apparetnly trying to look smarter than he obviously is.

It takes all kinds to make a world, tho............

Is the winner someone on this forum?   (Lucky one, at that!)

K
