Here is one from Feebay recently. Dr. Carter's Compound Pulmonary Balsam. Has a perfect flared lip too.

I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT THOSE TYPE OF BOTTLES...BUT THAT IS ONE CRUDEST LOOKIN ONE..AND I MEAN THAT IN THE NICEST WAY POSSIBLE..

Thanks, I was worried about it coming thru the mail. It's pretty fragile. They did a great wrap job though. It's a Newbury Vermont bottle.
