WILDBILL...Welcome to the Forum ( and perhaps to the Hobby as well?) 1st of all I don't want to bust your bubble nor build you up. The Atwoods Bitters you pictured are common and unless pontilled, generally sell for under $20.00. Part II: Identifying bottles that have been reproduced many times by many makers and declaring whether one is authentic or not can be trying....especially with the Booz cabin.Being as the Clevengers and others have been making the Booz since the 1930's, the fact you found it in an old house doesn't necessarily authenticate it as an original. I have a Clevenger repro on my shelf that appears identical to your Booz. The only difference I can see from the one in the pix you posted is , on the side , the "S" in the word whiSkey is different from the Clevenger repros and looks more like the "S" on the Whitney Booz. I had thought that SEWELL'S detailed post about the Booz cabins would clarify most queries, but to a Newbie it could appear confusing. In cases like this, a HANDS ON method is the only way to identify with certainty that your Booz is an original. I am hesitant to state that it is a repro, based on the few pix and info provided....But I can't say it's authentic either, & for the same reasons.Perhaps you could email Tom Haunton for some more professional clarification. His eBay ID is Jerseyana...and you can send him an E thru eBay's messaging system. Below is a pic of the Clevenger "S"....
