I am new to the flask collecting, and had a question I was hoping someone here could help me with...if you find an early clevenger without the clevenger embossing, is it considered a good find? The piece itself is in excellent condition, but it is an early piece, before they decided to put the embossing on, so I am a little confused.

Thanks for any and all info...

HUFFY...Welcome to the Forum. Depends upon what the piece is. If an early Booz cabin, it would likely be worth more than the more recent examples. If any other, it may not make much difference.

Thanks for the reply, I am sure it's not worth much, like I said I am just a beginner...but this seems to be a pretty good place to ask questions. It is a Grape and Eagle Flask.

Thanks again!

HUFFY...those usually sell for between $10 and $20.00...depending upon color. An amberina recently sold for $34...
There's a couple of them listed on eBay currently.
