Looks like a tooled crown top, about 1910 give or take a couple years.  Nice looking bottle, very common in the NYC metro area.

That's a BEADLESTON & WOERZ bottle.. common but very pretty embossing..!

Hello Chris,

That's a very busy photo, not showing the information you may be seeking to convey. Photos of the whole bottle, showing details of embossing, the top and bottom, speak volumes to the glass guys.

It's often helpful to spell out the embossing for us old blind guys.

This design comes in blob too.. I have one but am looking for a minty fresh one ..maybe in somebody's attic in Ohio..
