Status: offline 		A lot of have seen the bottles "mykraft" is and has been selling on eBay for the past few weeks.

A few of us has bought some from her [It is a "her"]. I've been ask by several people from ABN, at the show and at our club meeting if I knew who "he" is and where "he" got the bottles.

I didn't  know till last night. After I made another purchase, my 6th w/ her. After that many buys I'd  ask. Figured the worst she could do was tell me it was none of my busniess, which it wasn't. Seeing how it was some nice stuff close to home [110 miles close] I figured it was. Had I missed an estate sale or something?  Were they consigned?

It didn't take her long to get back in touch w/ me.

Seems she was at a yard sale just looking and someone ask her if she would be interested in some bottles. She didn't know anything about bottles nor did the seller. She goes takes a look, and buys them on a hunch. Five-hundred of them. Seems the seller had inherited a collection, thought they were junk. No I didn't ask what she gave for them and don't think I really want to know. I tell ya some peoples luck.

Matt, after those two "White Roses" I'm afraid to ask her to pull anything else out.

Tell ya what would be nice. A S.C. "Big Chief" yes there is such a thing, a Greenwood "Spiffy" a "Lathams".  A S.C. "Sunflower", it's like the Marion Va. one, septing the colors are reversed.

Let's see what else........................................................

Status: online 		That North Wilkesboro Sunflower would look good in my collection but sadly I think it will be out of my price range.

Status: offline 		Yeah Pat.  This is the kind of story that makes you a little sick to your stomach, wondering why don't I have that kind of luck.  She is pulling out bottles that are only in the "old timers" collections.  Ones you can't really find today unless an oldtimer decides to liquidate what he's got.  She definitely hit a goldmine.  I have seen quite a few that I wanted and quite a few that were new to me.  I have never seen that Kingsport Smile in the 10 ounce size for sale on ebay before.  A six ounce came up years ago and went for $103.   The letter "e" on that thing is smudged and it's still already at $76. I'm curious to see how high it will go.

That would be thanks to two local bidders, myself included who are after the same bottle. I've pretty much given up.
