Hello Diggerjeff and all,
I can help some w/ the translation. The first line means " To the German Kaiser" . The second line is a street or address. " weg" means path or road, 139 is the road number. The last line could be a phone number, pat. no., etc. Sorry, but we do not know what it was used for or contained. I hope that this has helped.

Hi

This is a very fancy beer bottle

The incription reeds " The German Kaiser" which would be a brand name

The 139 is a steet adress number And the " Bar Segchutzen weg" would be a road

The 76-1393 would be a batch number - the bottles was marked by batch number for quality and status.

" The German Kaiser" can perhaps also be the name of a pub... I think the street address is Gardeschützenweg 139; not " Bar Segchutzen weg"

You could perhaps try to send emails to Oma Brink' s Kartoffelhaus and ask if they know anything about the bottle: Google search Gardeschützenweg appears to be a pretty uncommon streetname in Germany.

Your bottle is a " regular' s" mug that would of been hung above the bar or locked in an iron shelving unit at the Gasthaus Zum Deutschen Kaiser on Gardeshutzenweg 139 in Berlin. The numbers are probably the telephone #.
