I am going to wade the Ottawa river today. The Ottawa runs thru Lima Ohio, comes in south, turns east, then heads north. Close to town the river is posted no swimming. I think I have found a road far out enough that I can get in from. Lima population is around 100,000 I believe, founded early 1800s. It has been the location of several bottlers, dr, pepper, pepsi, coke, Lima bottling co., and Lima consolidated bottling. I am sure there are some minor soda and beer producers I do not know about. I will be back later to let you all know how the fishing and hunting went.
