The company started around 1837 in Leeds and may have used the name into the 1950's. I guess there kind of rare here in the US but they advertised 6,000,000 bottles a year at one point. This is just a couple things I tried to piece together from Betty Zumwalt's book. Kind of skimmed it though. Going down the list.
