Gotta go back - 5/18/2004 11:14:06 PM    Gunsmoke47 Posts: 1399 Joined: 12/29/2003 From: TEXAS Status: offline Hey Yall, Pitfinder and I have had some really dry runs the last 3 weeks but yesterday hope sprang anew. We are still working our 1875 Indian wars Military site and have found roughly 4,742 square nails, 733 horse shoes, 27 red ant beds, and 3 bottles. However, toward the end of the day yesterday, we pulled this little darlin out of the ground. Some poor ole grunt from the 24th didn't get his Wheaties one mornin. There is a sizeable piece missing in the back and we couldn't find that shard for love ner money. It was late though and we had a big hole to fill in so we don't think we got all the goodies.
