It still has part ot the cork in it. I hope you can see how the bottom is made. But what is the story with Grandet, N.Y.? Is there a town by that name? Google Earth sure couldn't find it. I dug it out some of the old bottles that my son's wife gave me a year or two back. I couldn't remember hearing of Grandet, N.Y. Then I started searching the net and most of the links go back to the Eugenia Grandet thing, and I didn't know anything about that. So I decided to post it here. Thanks again.
