I am trying to figure out if this is an old Hair Clip or Scarf Clip? Anyone know anything. If you open it on the inside it says "Pat Oct 12, 1913" What was this used for? Is it a hair clip or scarf clip. Please look at the pics & tell me what it could be. I have been tring to find out for a few years. No one can tell me anything.
