Help Identify - 4/10/2003 7:44:53 PM

I found this bottle when I was digging up the sprinkler system at a building that is 114 years old, I dont know how old this bottle is. Can you help? First of all it had a screw on cap so I dont imagine that it is too old. I also says Federal Law forbids sale or re-use of this bottle. At the bottom it says one pint, which I assume that it contained 1 pint of liquid at one time, lol. On the bottom it says D23, 101, 45 all in different spots, it has a symbol that looks like this <O> with the letter " D" or " O" in the middle of the circle.

Thanks
