Yup, I tied the knot!
Here's a nice candid shot from the wedding. :)

Check out the kick ass grooms cake Mom made for us!

Headed on to Virginia Beach for our honeymoon. Beautiful scenery!

Stopped for a few on our way for a quick dig!

Slim doing some digging in the rain!

Some stuff starting to show up.

Got one sweetie!

Decent little quick dig. Got quite a few locals!

Made it to the beach! Neptune statue!!!

Out on the pier. <3

The BEST part of the trip! Had a blast, but there's no place like HOME!!!

Virginia Beach use to be my home. I do miss the water now and then. I use to beach hunt several times a week. Got some great stuff with my metal detector. Now most of my spare time is spent bottle digging but occasionally I get out the ol' metal detector. Looks like you had a great time. Someday you might want to head in my direction so that we can throw some dirt together. Of course the new wife is welcome.

Many Thanks!!!

Hey Greg, tell your son Congrats! Ya'll come back and dig with me again sometime!

Yeah Dan, we saw a few guys metal detecting... at night! They were using flashlights to check the hits they were getting. We are already planning a trip back there again. It's a lot like Kentucky in many ways... we Loved it! Next time we want to check out the old colonial towns and do some more Digging! I'll hit ya up for sure!!!

Just got a tip from a local! One of the First things I talk to people about is digging bottles and hunting arrowheads. Some of my best adventures were from tips and leads from common people who aren't interested in it, but know something about it. We even left some old bottles with the people at the hotel. I love to see the look on peoples face when they see this stuff or hear about it for the first time!

Congrats on your wedding and congrats on a nice dig!!

You got a special lady there !

Going digging on her honeymoon.

My wife acts like she is intrested in my hobbies just to make me happy, but if i asked her to go digging or walk a muddy field on our honeymoon I would probably be single in a hurry.

   Awesome I tell ya!!
