Hi Lil - I have checked my bottle reference library and have found no reference to Huxley' s Nervigor. Since all of my materials focus on U. S. bottles, I wonder if this one might be from Great Britain. The soft metal cap over the cork was often a dose cup. I have seen metal dose cups with no markings or lettering just as frequently as ones with some marks. I would date dose cups I have seen to the 1890s and later. If it is anything less than 2cm tall (3/4" ), however, it probably was not designed for use as a dose cup. I hope this is some help. Does anyone else have some thoughts or info to help Lil out?
