I had this bottle marked on my ebay watch list. I have learned if I see what a particular bottles sells for I can tell what I should be paying for a similar bottle.
WELL, here is a link to the auction:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110808336753&ssPageName=ADME:B:WNA:US:1123

The auction started out with a nice small starting bid. I look this morning to see the sale price. My jaw hit the floor when I saw the sale price.

$893.99...... !!!!!!!!!

I have a lot to learn!!

I wondered if anyone else noticed this.  To the untrained eye, this looks a lot like a more common KT-4.  But if you look, the neck is too long...and it's ground.  The KT-4 is a corker.  Next photo shows the dobber....and the next.  OMG, it's square!!

This, my friends, is a KS-21.  This is now the 3rd known to exist.  It sold for book value as you will probably never see another.    I saw it when it came on and placed a bid ($50).  I was high bidder for a few days.  I knew I wouldn't win cuz this brought out the big guns and we're not in a position to compete these days.  I don't know who won (I can find out tho), but I do know who came in 2nd...

not one, but if you watch enough of the same bottles sell you can start to get a pretty good idea. That's the theory anyway...
