HELLO AGAIN,I HAVE HERE AN INKWELL? ,MOON AND STARS EMBOSSED ON IT,SEAM STOPS AT SHOULDER,5 1/2"TALL X 4 1/4"WIDE.THANKS FOR LOOKING

Looks way too big for an ink well. Looks more like some kind of imported liquor, mineral water, or such.
That looks like a Turkish emblem on the side.
