While going through a large box of bottles, I found a Emerson drug bromo seltzer. After washing it up i found that the embossing was upside down. To read it I had to turn it on its top. Is this common?. please let me know your take on this. A lso in the same box I found an eye wash cup made of cobalt blue glass. The embossing on this item is as follows Wyet Co . on the back LL yrium. the emerson is 7 3/4 tall by 3 11/32 wide. thank you.
P/S the emerson is also coball blue.

Dave, the larger size ones such as the one you have were ment to be put upside down in a despensor, once in the despensor the embossing would be the correct way. It should have a crimp top or a screw top. Either way Its a common bottle along with the eye cup.

Deacon Dave, this is what a bromo dispenser looks like.  I purchased one maybe 5 years ago for 35 dollars and sold it on eBay for about the same.
