Hello folks, I found this on  my way home from work today at an antique shop I stop at once in awhile.  Just a little larger than what I have seen before.  The ink on the right I dug along time ago and just never cleaned it.  It's the regular size about 2.5" tall and 2.5" across the base.

The ink on the left was the ink I found today.  It's a little over 3" tall and across the base it's about 3".  Smooth base.    I will put it in the tumbler tomorrow and see how it comes out.                 Paul

Nice umbrellas, Paul! We dig them once in a while here, and I keep every one I can get. The varieties offered by umbrella inks are endless. My favorite one is a little pontiled 12-sider from our very first pit. ~Jim

Thanks guys for reading my post and the nice replies.  I am hoping the fingers in the tumbling tube will be large enough for this larger ink.

When I pull out a couple of cones tomorrow I would like to throw the large umbrella in one of them.  I will let you know how it comes out.   Good luck digging and collecting.    Paul
