Just got this neat old bottle at a local what not store.Looks free blown with high quality completely cut and precisely fitted stopper.Cut and gilt filled lettering looks like either J.W.Palmer or I.W.Palmer.Stopper and bottle bottom are etch numbered #53. Flat panels around neck are also cut. Measures 10" tall with stopper. Any info on age,use ,type or value greatly appreciated.

Looks like a back bar bottle.
Nice shape and age to it.
Whiskey decanter maybe.
