Nothing on the sides, but the bottom has J K & S and the numbers 2824. Who made it? Age and value?? Thanks again! Holly Post #: 1

I am a computer dilettante...no digital camera, just a scanner which means I have to take a real photo, develop it and scan. Your bottle was made by John Kilner & Sons between the years of 1844 and 1857. Wakefield, Yorks., Eng. 1844-47; Thornhill Lees, Yorks, Eng., 1847-57. I don't have a value, but with no embossment (except the no. on the bottom) and it being aqua in color, I doubt if it will command a premium. The reference comes from J.
