Saw this ad this morning. I believe this one has been on craigslist on and off for a couple months. We may have even discussed it a while back. First time they've included pictures. I called about it the last time I saw it, but they didn't want to separate the collection, said they had 31 jars at the time, and they were asking $1,600 I believe

Just clicked on the link and the price is now $900. If I lived closer it seems like it would at the least be something to investigate a little closer. You could always keep what you wanted and try and sell the rest.

What they are asking for those jars I do not think is out of the question.....

Woudl be worth the trip to see them.....but from what they have shown...nice.

If I had that much extra $$ I'd at least take a look.

It is difficult to tell much about the condition of the jars from the pictures but the two red ones in the front (1858's) look like modern reproductions.

OK,I talked to "Fred" about these jars and I am very interested in financing this buy if someone closer to Ohio would like to take the time to scope these jars out.Maybe a couple of us could work something out???? Just throwing that out there.
