Hey Chris, you have some killer bottles. Is that a T.A. Bryan sauce in your picture? we dug three of those over the years. All out on the west coast.

There are 5 or 6 known, by one of a kind I meant the only pontil soda from the area, sorry for the confusion....I do have 5 or 6 "one of a kind" bottle but none are pontiled....Jim

Hey Jim,  your sure honest about your bottle. Still 5 or 6 examples of one bottle is hard to beat.
Maybe you could post your one of a kind other bottles. That would be interesting.
I was told by a couple of the big and better known auction houses that a couple of sodas that I have fall into the same category as your pontiled one, but not sure if its true.
Thanks for all the posts,

SC Pontil Collector,

Yes that is a T.A. Bryan's in my logo picture. I used to have a pair of them one in amber and one in golden yellow. I sold them about 5 or 6 years ago. As my collection interest shifted to mostly Baltimore sodas.

Chris

The center example is the only one known in that color. Its an open pontil J. Boyd & Son Baltimore the F&L Schaum on the right is one of two know in that color. There may be 4 or 5 of the green Schaum's known on the left.

Chris,
We have another T A Bryan that is mostly yellow. They were dug in No. Ca years back. Also dug a very crude one in the Sacramento area back in the 90's. Sold that one and hung on to these two.
Your sodas are just killer. I have never seen anything like those bottles. Thanks for posting them.
There should be a forum for pre- 1900 sodas, pontiled sodas and mineral waters. Anyone else agree.
