Just another view....I thought this was just absolutely the coolest foundation...Amazing history behind it I'm sure....pulled a few bottles out up towards the house on the hill in between that foundation and the barn foundation.  Was pretty discouraged last night and not in a good mood any way and all the bottles I kept finding were broken.....Then I lost my shovel so all I had was a small rake. I'll post my bottles later on...One is a old 40's pepsi I think...still has part of the ACL?? on it  and also found a ball jar but its not a mason type...looks more like something you'd drink out of....

not doing so hot today and am off to the hospital for more tests....Keep me in your prayers please I won't let any illness keep me down but facing cancer is terrifying to me....Hope the tests come back good.

I really like that Silo.I would want to put a roof on it and use it for a hunting camp.Your shovel is probably right there somewhere and I hope you find it.The Pepsi is a single dot,(between Pepsi and Cola) on the ACL(applied color label),which means it`s not as old as a double dot and I don`t know the age but some soda experts on here could probably tell you.Chesebrough made vaseline and cosmetic type products.I never knew they were associated with Ponds who are still in business today making cosmetics, but you probably already knew that.

Sorry to hear about your possible problem.I really hope the tests come back negative.I`ll pray for you and your family.Good luck.

One time I took a friend digging and he covered up my potato rake with dirt and couldn't find it.  He bought me another one at a garage sale.  The next time we went back he dug up my rake.  At the end of the day I asked him "What is the most valuable thing you dug today?"  He didn't know.
"My digging tool."

Thanks everyone for all the support....had a few tests done and now they're thinking it's diverticulitus....which can be cancerous...Now I just wait for the results or get sent in for more tests...I can't wait to get back out to the foundation....Just have to find some energy!!!

And I found another Pepsi bottle there that didn't even say cola on it....it was broken tho
I didn't come up with much more than broken glass and digging with my rake wasn't working so well!! Next time I go I will dig deeper maybe that will bring up something better and older

I have three Vaseline jars that are from Chesebrough as well. Interesting find! That soda bottle is pretty sharp looking too

Anemia (low red blood cell count) can make you tired and Iron deficiency can contribute to this.Women are prone to be Iron deficient. My wife used to take Iron tablets and they would make her feel much better.Im sure,or hope, your doctors have checked this already.Im not saying this could be the problem, but it could possibly be a contributing factor in your tiredness. At the least it wouldnt hurt to ask them about it.I dont know if taking Iron tabs would interfere with any tests, but I would clear it with the doctors first. The only side affect I know of is constipation. My wife said FemIron worked best for her.The others upset her stomach.I am by no means a doctor, but hope you feel better so that you can enjoy going out to explore and dig.Ask your doctor, and if you are Iron deficient, the suppliment will give you more energy.Good luck and I hope you get feeling better.

Well I should know by Monday or Tuesday...depending on how long they want to let me suffer I suppose...I have no energy mostly now because of lack of nutrition...I can't eat anything or I'm sick as a dog...so I have been surviving on Boosts....Everyone thinks most likely I'll end up in the hospital for about a week or at least until I can eat again....
So I'm making sure I get out to either a dump site or a foundation tomorrow even if its only for a little bit...I might not have a chance again for awhile Meant to go today but was sidetracked by yard sales...
And thank you everyone for keeping me in your thoughts and prayers
Amanda

My prayers are with you, also, Amanda. I hope everything comes back negative except your outlook on life, and of course, your bottle finds.  ~Mike

Just thought I'd say that so far all the tests have come back negative....but still not knowing whats wrong stinks!!  Oh well we have great weather ahead later in the week and I'm going to get my strength back up and get back out there!!! All I can do is keep stepping forward....and maybe I'll find some good bottles!
