I'm backing diving for bottles in Eastport, Maine and just pulled a ginger bottle dated 1854 out of the mud and gravel. It was in the same spot ai found a Dr. Manly Hardy's Jaundice Bitters two years ago so the date makes sense. Also around the bottle were two broken Beard's mineral waters with iron pontils. I hate broken bottles but they do help in finding good search spots. More searching to go over the next few weeks then I'll post some photos. Alan
