The American made examples tend to be newer and date 1800 to 1860 and the British examples tend to be 1770s-1820s. The American ones are all pretty much aqua and open pontiled the British ones tend to be clear flint glass with solid rod or glass chip style pontils. However Black glass and light green examples are known. The early British examples are highly sought after and bring decent money. David your bottle is an American made example looks 1840s-50s to me worth about $20 in my opinion.
