Has anyone ever seen this bottle in this large size?...10 inches tall and 3 3/4 wide.  I have seen many with the same embossing but they were much smaller. Would this large size be sold to the public or is this a store bottle which they would distribute smaller doses. When I purchase it the bottle came with glass stopper which seems to fit snuggly. Is stopper original? The smaller BO Wilsons I saw didnt have stoppers.

Nice bottle, I like really big and really small druggists!  The stopper looks ground but if the neck of the bottle isn't I'd doubt it was original.

Very possibly a dispensary bottle used in the drugstore/pharmacy.
I found a couple similar bottles at an antique fair years ago from a San Francisco homeopathic pharmacy with ground stoppers.  From personal experience I would say you've a got a fairly rare example there.

There are several variations of that bottle. The early ones are iron and open pontil marked, fairly uncommon. There are also early hinge mold ones and later post mold versions. Yours is the large size, a bit less common. I think that would be considered the "dollar size". The large sizes were sold for the same reason they sell super economy sizes now, the consumer gets more product for a cheaper unit cost and it costs the maker less to make one big one than 2 small ones so both sides win.
I think that is one of the later ones (tooled lip, post mold), especially that it is clear. I dont think the stopper goes with it, the neck probably isnt ground.
Show a photo of the botton and a close up of lip seam if you want a better evaluation on age.

that's one of the later versions, 1880s maybe. It has a tooled lip. The stopper definately doesnt go with it.  Even though its a later one, still a nice bottle in the larger size. I would love to find one.
