Well, it's not a bottle, but if anyone is the slightest bit interested, we can talk.. Sparky is a mini-stove, or was, until someone drilled holes in the top and bottom to make a lamp.. I removed the lamp crap, and a slightly competent welder could easily make her work again.. otherwise, she's suitable for display. I will not entertain any bids under $30, but I will pay shipping. All proceeds will be donated to this website.. any questions??

I know this stove. It's a coal burner, and sells for 300 and up.

Hi Charlie,
My father was a welder and he used to use a Brazing rod wrapped around another rod to make an alloy that worked well on cast iron.Cast cant be welded,it needs to be Brazed because the temperature differences allow for a lot of expansion and contraction which soft Braze can handle.I would just put a bolt and washers through it to plug up the holes and wala,no smoke or ashes leaking.Paint em black and there you go.

Thats a very nice little "pot bellied" stove. That would be perfect for an ice fishing shack or a small hunting blind.

Hey Chuck.

Thanks again for your generosity.

It seems like I've said that many times but you're always giving to the forum. You are truly an asset here my friend.

And you, my good buddy, are never too complacent to point this out on my auction threads, and I love that about you!! I also love those diving stories you post.. got any new ones?

This forum costs money, and there are fun ways to cover the cost.. I've donated things that just came my way, I didn't pay for them, and I didn't need them, but they are worth something to someone.. this stove is one of them.. so it only seems fair to me if I use things I got for free to raise money for a website I enjoy and spend lots of time on, where I feel a sense of community.
The last thing I need right now is for this place to shut down... that would be a clear sign that  THE END  is near...

...and THE END most likely IS near, so if you want to survive, you're gonna need a source of heat...   we might as well get a $55 donation before that money is good for nothing but starting a fire...
